My family and I truly thank you for taking the time in such short notice to show us the beautiful house last night. It is certainly one we are really interested in. Last week I spoke to a realtor from another company about our motivation for buying a home by Summer 2007 or before and we made an appointment to meet with her tomorrow. However, after meeting you and really liking your approach, expertise, style and personality, my husband and I have decided to cancel the appointment and work with you. Your willingness to meet us to see the house at a moments notice and your demeanor was impressive. As you know, this is a "scary" but exciting process for us so we want to buy a nice home in a safe community with a great school system. And, definitely find a home we can afford and enjoy without working a full-time job and three part-time jobs for the rest of our days. Lisa---again thank you so much for helping us in this process.
